Heather Henry

Founder & Director of Mind Right
Serving Clients Since 2015

Hey! I’m Heather, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Alabama. I am skilled at mental health, psychosocial, and other evaluations across various environments such as psychotherapy, hospitals, and social services. I have over eight years of experience in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups by developing strategies to cope with difficult issues and/ or mental health disorders.

As a Social Worker, I use an eclectic and evidenced-based therapeutic approach that is client-centered. I believe that psychotherapy should be tailor-made to a person’s specific situation.  My aim is to create an authentic, safe, and supportive atmosphere in which I can help push my clients forward into becoming the very best version of themselves.
